Trouble Shooting:

Q: Why the Wax did not pull off all the hair?

A: You are not applying enough pressure with spatula, Or melted wax is too cool or too thin.
SOLUTION: Re-apply the melted wax with more pressure, so all the hairs are sufficiently shrink by the ; wax. Re-heat the wax beans and re-apply thick enough wax on your skin.

Q: Why is the wax cracking or coming apart when peeling off?

A: The wax has been left in the skin too long time and has cooled down, or the wax has been applied too thinly.
SOLUTION: Re-apply thicker layer of wax and wait about 20 seconds until the wax has dried, it should not be sticky to touch, then it is time to peel off the wax quickly and firmly.
